I think servers made by staff that are public to all (ranked, auto tournies, qa, etc) should have a /votekick option and if 51% + votes to kick a person, they get kicked from the server and have a time limit before they can join back into that certain server so we can get rid of cancer

Or you could just report them instead of whining about it here.
