They weren't dead, they are Russian clans that were simply moved from the Russian Clans Board.

Bonus: Go to the bottom of the forum, and you won't even see the Russian Board anymore.

really? i mean,did russian people even used that board at all?

because there isnt really any reason to delete it other than lack of usage of it
