It's a general error message displayed for items not available for purchase with TC, USD options work.

Those hands and feet though OMG, no idea how I'm going to get ST for that lol. Considering you can't trade or sell it.

ST items are always untradeable.
You can only get tradeable versions from an ultimate box or next month's promo packs.
