safetrade disabled?
i was trying to send some stuff and it told me "Transfers are disabled, please try again in a few hours", this is a frequent thing or what? (i'm new so idk what to do :b)

I had the same problem some hours ago, looks like it is not working currently.

You have to send the stuff the old, direct way
