If someone who has admin powers or is OP takes OP away from you when you created the server, it's server stealing. Unless you give them permission to have the server, then he can change the owner I believe.

Apparently ES are allowed to steal your server if it’s called ESTourney etc. As it happened to me once when Martin took my server.

I put it on the help discord and apparently they are allowed, everything on there seems like a wild guess though.

We can't just up and steal a server. Even if it's named after an official server. However, we will change the name of the server and such.
