yes i can but i need to pay 42k TC and 2 shiai tokens. But i need shiai tokens for joint colors. I think i can wear it to my account becuse i saw guy who have blue or brown belt and he haved Centurion.

Maybe he bought it with STs or received it from the Battlepass by the "random hair style" item. The only way you can wear those without qi restrictions are those afaik, buying with STs, winning them by events/event Squad, buying to premium shops and random hair style item
