VOIP is cool for about 10 seconds until you realise it'll just be kids yelling slurs every time a ta isnt online. Basically no one records this game so unless you have a clipping service with audio on you arent really getting an actionable report system for them.
Most of us just use discord to voice chat and it's way safer in general.
If I was a dev I'd just quit, probably. I have nothing to add and no idea how to even parse what the data I'm looking at means.
