Couple of questions,
1. What is the first thing you look at while deciding whether or not an individual is gm material? Ex(Join date, posts, app quality)
2. What are some things that could boost your chances of becoming a gm?
3. Is there a max number of gm's there can be at one time?
We don't have a limit on the amount of gamemasters we're looking for either!
This has almost nothing to do with my question....
I was asking why they dont tell you if you are rejected..
well my question was about a good small aged player but with no maturity.
would he still get the job?
well i didn't mean to say a small aged player with no maturity , i meant that the staff might think he is immature because his age ,and turns out that he can do it as you said above , they would add him to the job right? after all trial is a test for a player and they can know that he is mature-ish right ?
I only can assume your belt or infractions (minor and/or expired) would affect your chances of becoming a trial GM, right?
