so i've been reading all round megura and came across the concept of a strike throw submit chain and played around with the concept in game. i would look to punch or knee into a throw setup. i defined submit as locking down enough limbs to force a dq. Striking into a throw also meant i had to worry less about points late game.

Been a work in progress, BUT I think I got a decent way to get low for a sweet-spot suplex.

I think you're going for more of a standard suplex than going for a german suplex like this:
but otherwise it's a pretty nice

apparently my ashi guruma opener is a decent counter to snap kicks, but its more of a lock on the leg now

Aight, so I did this a while ago.
I try to get behind his leg to destabilize my opponent, but he dodges it and manages to put me at a disadvantage.
Frame 450 im falling down, he pushes down to destabilize me even more. I rotate my chest and use his own force to bring him over me. dq by frame 423, before he could even see it coming.
Doesn't look very 'realistic' but if that's not aikido, I don't know what is

Here is a single leg i got
I wrestled in 7th and 8th grade and went to some state champs although I never really won competitions. I also took judo and some karate but i'm no expert, sorry if I tried to sound that way.
