I didn't think we had much of a say. He made it sound as if the way it is now is how it will be regardless of what our opinions are.

im not saying replays are bad whatsoever. It's just a bit weird to say, "oh you dont have replays? go and play, save replays and then post." It may show who is serious about joining, but it's also a pain and not many people want to go and do that. It seems a little awkward.

The application process shouldn't require we shouldn't require them, but they can post them if they'd like. It would make their chances better, but they could also choose to test ingame which in turn might make them have to wait a bit longer until scheduled Testers are on and just require them to be tested 3 times. Save those replays and post them and bam they have replays of their test that can be added for review.(Like Aquita has already said). As you can see it's a compromise. Alse let applicants have a choice between Free form and then just a basic app that Aquita has. Freedom is the key, so is compromise.

I like this. Does anyone else like this? Because I like this.

Yes, I think this would be a good rout to take.

Once again, the kind of people who don't want to go out and get the required replays are the kind of people who post an application here and never return. Besides, the replay requirements are not that difficult; we ask for pretty general stuff.

Not having replays required and mainly using ingame testing would lead to us being flaked out on. Required replays and optional testing fixes this problem, and also discourages troll applications.
The current application form can be as free form as the applicant wants it to be; they can write as much as they want in the "describe yourself" and "why you want to join Team Aikido" sections, so idk why even you're arguing about it. My only suggestion about it is that we should set a minimum sentence length for those two sections.

Bruh. Sentence length as in the number of sentences required.

Is there one? It looks like there isn't one.
